SALSA YOGA

What is it?

Salsa & Yoga combine for a class like no other! Dana leads us through a combination of yoga poses and salsa moves to the Soundtrack of Dirty Dancing!

This class is created to focus on unlocking, opening and energizing the orange chakra (2nd chakra), essentially the hips, low back and core. We layer salsa rhythms and moves over yoga asanas. This class combines the warm, social, energy of salsa dance with the self awareness, letting go and peace of yoga. Be ready to free your potential for creativity, confidence and connection.
